What days do you deliver?
We facilitate deliveries from Tuesday to Sunday within Singapore only.
You can select from one of the two delivery slots we offer:
11 am to 3 pm
4 pm to 8 pm.
What is your standard delivery process?
Our standard process is next-day delivery islandwide.
Cut-off time for orders are 23:59 pm on the same day, in order to get your orders delivered the next day, depending on the availability of the slots.
How much is the standard delivery fee?
Free standard next-day delivery for orders $150 and above islandwide. Delivery to Sentosa Island requires an additional charge of $12.
Orders between $120-149 – delivery fee $10.90
Orders between $71-119 – delivery fee $12.90
Orders $70 and below – delivery fee $18.00
Do you offer urgent, same-day delivery?
Yes, we do! We offer a 2-hour, same-day delivery option, for $18 per delivery, on top of the minimum order cost.
The timeframe for a 2-hour, same-day delivery is from 11 am and the cut-off time is 6pm. Just choose the current date for delivery.
Can I request for a specific time slot for my delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific time slots for standard deliveries as this depends on the number of orders and the default route taken by our logistics provider. However, you can add a comment to the order notes for the specific timing you prefer and we can try our best to accommodate it, if possible.
How are my chilled/frozen meat orders packed?
Our butchers will cut the meats fresh to the ordered specifications and vacuum seal them. All chilled and frozen products will be placed into a cooler sleeve to preserve the freshness of the meats. We will then schedule the delivery with our logistic partner.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We do not deliver on public holidays unless stated otherwise, on the delivery date section of the checkout page or on our social media.
Can I self-collect at your store?
Yes, you may! You can place your orders beforehand and specify the time you will be coming to collect the items and our retail staff will pack your orders right before you come.
Self collection / store pickup is available from 11 am to 7 pm in the form of one hour pickup slots (11 am to 12 pm for example).
Store pickup is only available during our opening days and hours. Tuesday-Sunday. Self collection is a great way to save on delivery fees and is completely free.
What if no one is home to collect the items during the time of delivery?
Change in the delivery date or time has to be made a day in advance. However, if we have arranged for pick up and delivery by our logistics partner and no one is home to collect the items, the items will be returned to the store. The delivery charges as well as the return charges (delivery back to the store) will be borne by the customer.
Moreover, at this point, if the order contains chilled meat items, the quality of the meat will be compromised. Hence, it is a situation that must be avoided.
You may instruct us to leave it at your doorstep, however, at this point we will not be liable for the quality of the items.
How long can I store my chilled meats in the refrigerator?
Our chilled meats are cut fresh on the day of delivery and are recommended to be consumed within 3 days.
Please store your meats in the chiller between 0-4 degrees celsius.
How long can I keep my frozen meats?
We recommend consuming all frozen meats within 3 months.
Please store frozen meats at a temperature of minimally -18 degree celsius and below.
How should I thaw my meat?
The best recommendation for thawing your meat is to place them in your fridge (chiller) 1 day before consumption.
Can I order way in advance?
You may specify a later date on the checkout page, up to 31 days away from the current date. The delivery date will also be listed on your order confirmation email.
I got the wrong item(s) delivered to me
Kindly assist to store any incorrect items in the chiller / freezer if the item requires specific storage, we will arrange for a pickup by our logistics provider.
You can then contact our customer service at 888 64641 during opening hours from 10 am to 8 pm. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I have missing item(s) from my order
We do our best to ensure all of the items ordered are accounted for, however, in the rare occurrence that we miss out on an item, do reach out to us and we will send the item out for delivery at the earliest.
What are the cancellation charges for my order?
Credit and debit cards cancellation charges 3.4% of total order amount + S$0.50 per successful card charge. Cancellation is only acceptable before we arrange for delivery.
Can I return any meat, fresh or frozen products?
We have a stringent quality assurance process in place for all our meats and guarantee the highest quality. Hence, we do not accommodate returns on any of our chilled or frozen products.
